Biography
로스 교수는 미국에서 변호사로 오랜기간 활동해왔다. 알라바마 주의 Samford University에서 학사 학위를 취득하고 버지니아 주의 Regent University School of Law에서 J.D. 학위를 받은 후 스위스 UIKB의 Fribourg School of Law에서 Master of Advanced Studies in Children’s Rights를 수여 받았다. 또한 University of Strasbourg, The Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies, the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice에서 International Human Rights Law와 Civil Law를 연구했다. 그 후 스위스에 기반을 둔 NGO Advocate Voices of Orphans에서 아동 인권 관련 전문가로 일했다. 로스 교수는 UNHCR과 The Regent Journal of International Law에서 다수의 글을 게재했다. 가족으로는 그의 부인인 Reneea Ross가 있다.
