Professor Gould has taught law for over 20 years in various capacities. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Wisconsin and Illinois. In addition to his J.D. Degree, Professor Gould earned an M.A. Degree in the Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, just North of Chicago, IL.
