Biography
Michael Eden is the General Counsel of SEG Solar and a member of its Executive Management Team.
He has over 23 years of experience practicing as a transactional attorney and more than 18 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
He has worked as both outside counsel and general counsel for tier one solar panel manufacturers, major wind turbine equipment suppliers and solar project developers.
Prior to joining SEG Solar, Professor Eden was a partner at the international law firm of Reed Smith LLP in San Francisco and an associate at the law firms of Thelen LLP in San Francisco and Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City.
Professor Eden obtained his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
