Biography
Kerry Lee is an adjunct professor of law teaching Legal Research and Writing. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University Law School and a law degree from Harvard Law School. She is also a graduate of Ewha Womans University (B.A., International Studies).

Previously, she was an associate in the International Trade and Arbitration Practice of Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, DC, where she focused on international investment and commercial arbitration and trade policy disputes. She also advised governments negotiating trade and investment agreements and corporations defending trade remedy actions in foreign jurisdictions. She subsequently practiced in the international arbitration practice of DaHui Lawyers in Beijing, China, where she was the lead associate in international commercial arbitrations involving Chinese enterprises.

Currently, she also serves as Associate Director of Global Strategy and Operations at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA, managing the financial and legal operations of Westminster’s global initiatives.
