Korean Law (Elective)
Korean Constitutional Law (3 credits)
This survey course examines various Korean constitutional law issues related to constitutional powers and limitations of the national and local governments in Korea with focus on the current problems in governmental control.
Introduction to Korean Law (3 credits)
This course is intended to provide an overview of the Korean legal system including both public and private law.
